In this role, you will primarily provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. There is also an opportunity for child/adult therapy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to have variety in clinical work alongside a flexible schedule. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health conditions. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and behavioral health interventions. Provide crisis intervention services to de-escalate urgent situations and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies. Participate in research initiatives to enhance clinical practices and stay current with emerging mental health treatments. Supervise junior staff or interns to promote professional development within the team. Requirements Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Valid licensure as Licensed Psychologist or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction. Postdoctoral fellows who will be licensure eligible are also encouraged to apply. Experience in neuropsychological assessment and clinical report writing. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies including CBT, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention techniques. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and individuals with special needs such as autism or disabilities. Familiarity with medical records management systems and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent diagnostic skills combined with compassionate communication abilities. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay:
$62,400.00 - $124,800.00 per year
