Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support the academic and emotional development of students within a dynamic school environment in Greenwich, CT. This contract position offers the chance to engage with a diverse student population, collaborate with educational professionals, and make a meaningful impact on student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings to guide individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop interventions tailored to student needs. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support student well-being. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan interventions. Maintain detailed, confidential records and comply with all relevant educational and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting psychological evaluations in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
