Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Willimantic, CT. This contract role requires a dedicated professional to support students by conducting psychological assessments and participating in Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings. Bilingual candidates proficient in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply, as this skill is a significant asset in the diverse school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological testing and evaluations for students Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff during PPT meetings to develop appropriate educational plans Provide insights and recommendations to support students' academic, social, and emotional development Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards Support the school's commitment to inclusive education and cultural competence
Qualifications and Experience:
Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual English-Spanish fluency is a major advantage Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
