Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a school psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year! This full-time, onsite position focuses on supporting K-12 students within a dedicated educational team. You'll play a vital role in helping students thrive, both socially and academically, while collaborating with staff and families to foster a nurturing environment. Your experience supporting students' mental health, as well as your expertise in assessment, intervention, and consultation, will make a lasting impact throughout the school year. Candidates will receive comprehensive details about the assignment and school culture during the interview process.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience with K-12 student populations Familiarity with psychological assessments, IEPs, and intervention planning Strong communication and collaboration skills Onsite availability for the entire school year (August 2026 - May 2027) A positive, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students Consult with teachers, counselors, and families to develop effective strategies Support the implementation of IEPs and Section 504 plans Provide individual and group counseling sessions when appropriate Help maintain a safe and inclusive school environment Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to
