This position is ideal for a psychologist who is passionate about supervision, mentorship, training, and program development within a dynamic outpatient mental health setting. The psychologist functions as an integral member of the supervising team and plays a key role in the training, development, and oversight of doctoral psychology interns and doctoral and master 's-level practicum students. While this is not a direct-service therapy position, candidates should possess strong clinical expertise and experience supervising cases involving adults with a broad range of clinical presentations, including complex psychosocial concerns. Comfort supervising child, adolescent, and family cases is also important. Experience leading, developing, or coordinating adult-focused programming is highly valued, as there may be opportunities for future leadership growth within the organization. The Faulk Center for Counseling is proud to be an APA-approved training site for doctoral psychology interns and trains more than 30 graduate-level clinicians annually in psychology, counseling, and social work.
