We provide a collaborative and supportive environment where therapists have flexibility, autonomy, and access to an established referral stream. Due to continued growth, we are seeking licensed therapists to join our expanding team. [Position Overview] We are seeking licensed providers—including Medical Doctors (MD/DO), Psychologists (PhD/PsyD), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)—to join our multidisciplinary team. These professionals will deliver high-quality behavioral health and developmental services, ensuring comprehensive patient care and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Services are primarily provided in our Brandon therapy clinic. [What We Offer] Independent contractor flexibility Established referral stream to support caseload growth Clinic-based services (reduced travel) Flexible scheduling and autonomy Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Administrative support Opportunities for professional growth as the practice expands [Responsibilities] Conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Implement evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques. Collect, analyze, and document data related to patient progress, ensuring precise medical records and adherence to documentation standards. Provide patient care through intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions in various settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other providers to coordinate individual care plans. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information during documentation and communication. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in behavioral health and special education. [Qualifications] Valid active Florida licensure as an MD/DO, PhD/PsyD, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or BCBA. Preferred Experience working with children but not required. CPR/First Aid Certification and any additional certifications may be provided. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and diagnostic evaluation processes. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Prior experience conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication skills for engaging with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
