Our team includes psychiatrists, therapists, and mental health professionals who collaborate closely to provide comprehensive and evidence-based treatment. We are seeking a motivated Postdoctoral Clinical Psychologist (Psychology Fellow) to join our team and complete supervised clinical hours toward licensure. Position Overview The Postdoctoral Fellow will provide psychotherapy and psychological services to a diverse outpatient population including adolescents and adults. The fellow will work closely with our psychiatrists and clinical team and receive ongoing supervision to support professional development and licensure preparation. This position is ideal for a clinician interested in gaining strong experience in outpatient psychotherapy, diagnostic assessment, and integrated psychiatric care. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults Conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments when appropriate Collaborate with psychiatrists and treatment team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in supervision and case consultation Contribute to treatment planning and patient care coordination Qualifications Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PhD or PsyD) Completion of an APA-accredited internship (preferred) Eligible for Postdoctoral Psychology Fellowship registration in Florida Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Interest in outpatient psychiatry and collaborative care What We Offer Competitive salary for postdoctoral fellowship Individual supervision toward licensure Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to develop specialized clinical skills Flexible schedule Location Our office is located in Clermont, Florida , a rapidly growing community near Orlando offering a high quality of life, outdoor recreation, and a strong family-friendly environment.
