Job Description:
As a Psychological Assessor with Strengths and Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Our practice provides a wide range of assessments, including:

ADHD and learning disordersMental health diagnostic evaluationsGifted evaluationsDepartment of Children and Families (DCF)-related evaluations, including ability-to-parent assessmentsAdditional evaluations as clinically indicatedA bonus qualification is the ability to conduct autism assessments.

ResponsibilitiesAdminister, score, and interpret psychological and psychoeducational assessments.

Write integrated reports that include clear findings and actionable recommendations.

Conduct clinical interviews and provide feedback sessions with clients/parents as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.

Collaborate with our team as needed to support client care.

RequirementsLicensed psychologist in the state of Florida.

Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments with children and adults.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Commitment to cultural competence and serving diverse populations.

Minimum of eight hours of availability per week, with at least four hours reserved for potential in-office assessments (per need basis).What We OfferFlexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Majority of testing conducted via telehealth.Dedicated admin and receptionist support for scheduling and communication.

All assessment materials provided by the practice.

Access to established report templates to streamline documentation.

Tools to support report-writing efficiency, including AI-assisted background summaries.

CompensationContractors are compensated on a 60% split of each completed assessment.

Assessment fees vary by type of evaluation and referral source, with total fees ranging from $475 to $3,300.Contractor earnings therefore typically range from $285 to $1,980 per assessment.
