REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR INTERN

(RMHCI) New Way Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice in Hialeah, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an intern seeking professional growth, clinical experience, and the opportunity to build a caseload while becoming part of a supportive and collaborative team. Responsibilities Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services. Conduct assessments and participate in treatment planning. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Adhere to ethical, professional, and legal standards of practice. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Active Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) license. Professional liability insurance. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team. Schedule Initial schedule:

One day per week (4-hour block). Opportunity to expand to a full-day schedule and additional days as the caseload grows.
