We are supportive, agile and our goal is to focus on improving each client's overall behavior in order to improve not only their but the entire family's quality of life. Casual work attire Lively atmosphere Flexible working hours Safe work environment Company perks Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Growth opportunities Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (BCaBA) are paraprofessionals who works directly with children with autism in their natural environments.
Responsibilities include:
implement 1:1 behavior reductions interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Work with clients in an array of settings including schools, homes, and in the community. Develops and Implements client's individualized treatment plan which includes collecting data, implementing skill acquisition goals, as well as behavior reduction protocols. Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Provide ongoing parent training based on the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis. Provide ongoing training and supervision to registered behavior technicians. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support the treatment plan by modeling programming to families. Participate in team meetings. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization. Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws. -
