Job Description

Join a dedicated educational community focused on fostering growth, equity, and meaningful learning experiences! Cross Country Education is seeking a certified School Psychologist to be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team for the upcoming 2026 -2027 school year in beautiful Sebring, FL.
Position Overview:
Participate actively in multi-disciplinary committees (including child study, eligibility, and IEP teams) to determine student needs, develop intervention programs, and support exceptional student education initiatives. Select, modify, and administer psychological assessment materials tailored to identify the learning needs of a diverse K-12 student population across various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Design and implement effective intervention strategies and plans for teachers and parents, fostering an environment where students engage in meaningful learning experiences. Assist in the ongoing development and coordination of school-wide and district-wide psychological services, maintaining all required records and adapting to changing curriculum needs.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology Active Florida State School Psychologist Certification (or immediate eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
Top Compensation:
Earn $60.60 - $64.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a School Psychologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
