PAY STRUCTURE

Up to $98,000 - Maximum pay is based on 30 clients a week over a 50-week period. End of year Discretionary Bonuses!

EXPECTED HOURS

: 5 - 30 clients per week. There is no required number of clients to be seen each week.

Compensation:

$84,000 - $98,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Provides mental health and/or substance use counseling services according to APA ethical standards and in accordance with policies and procedures Reviews and responds to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner (within 24-hours or next available business day) Maintains ongoing chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance of services provided Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing community resources as supportive services Serves as a liaison for the client, family, referral source, and other social service agencies Ability to report to work as scheduled, in a timely fashion, and with an attitude oriented toward service Commitment to working with clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds Must successfully complete all criminal background checks annually

Qualifications:

Graduation from an APA-accredited college or university with a minimum of a Doctorate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Candidates must carry current and valid Individual Professional Liability Insurance Coverage Must possess an unencumbered license to practice in the State of Florida or be licensed eligible Must be willing to be credentialed with insurance companies if licensed Must sign a non-compete, non-solicitation agreement About Company Optimal Moments, LLC invites you to join our thriving and rapidly growing private practice!
