Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students along the scenic Southeast Florida Coast as a valued School Psychologist. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite within a welcoming and collaborative educational environment, serving a diverse group of learners across three campuses. The role begins August 5th, 2026, and runs through June 1st, 2027, providing a rewarding, full-time schedule of 35 hours per week (7 hours/day, Monday through Friday). Your day-to-day impact will include conducting meetings, performing assessments, and providing counseling services to a range of students, from Pre-K to middle school age. You'll be a vital contributor in creating supportive strategies that promote student well-being and academic success.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Florida Department of Health Psychology licensure required Previous experience as a School Psychologist or in a similar educational mental health role is preferred Ability to serve multiple campuses and manage a varied caseload efficiently Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and assessment for school-aged children Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities Able to meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including background checks (fingerprints may be retrievable from existing DOH records)
