Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year, located onsite in Columbus, Georgia. This contract role runs from August 3rd, 2026, through May 21st, 2027, with possible additional days for pre- and post-planning. Candidates with an active Georgia Educator Certification in Psychology are invited to apply for this opportunity. Key responsibilities include assessing and supporting students' psychological and educational needs, collaborating with school staff and families, and maintaining daily logs to document services provided. The school seeks candidates comfortable with thorough record-keeping. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process to align candidates' experience and preferences with appropriate student age groups.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Georgia Educator Certification in Psychology Experience working as a School Psychologist within a K-12 setting Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Ability to maintain detailed documentation and daily service logs Flexibility to work full-time (minimum 37.5 hours per week) or possibly part-time based on hours needed Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working onsite throughout the contract periodLocation:
