Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field Skilled in conducting psycho-educational evaluations, assessments, and functional behavior analyses Strong background in Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes Familiarity with IEPs, eligibility meetings, and compliance with special education laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive psychological assessments to support student eligibility and service planning Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, staff, and parents to identify students' strengths and areas of need Provide consultation, interventions, crisis management, and behavioral support for students Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
