Key ResponsibilitiesClinical ServicesProvide individual therapy sessions (in-person and/or telehealth)Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plansDeliver evidence-based interventions appropriate to patient needsMaintain appropriate caseload and scheduling consistencyDocumentation & ComplianceComplete clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) in a timely mannerMaintain compliance with clinical, legal, and payer requirementsUtilize structured documentation templates and follow established workflowsEnsure accurate and complete records to support medical necessityCare CoordinationCollaborate with psychiatric providers and administrative staffCommunicate any patient concerns, risks, or clinical issues appropriatelyParticipate in maintaining continuity of careQualificationsRequiredActive, unrestricted Georgia license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related fieldAbility to work independently as a contractorStrong documentation and clinical assessment skillsPreferredExperience in outpatient behavioral health settingFamiliarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insuranceExperience using EHR systemsAbility to maintain consistent weekly caseloadCompensation & Structure1099 independent contractor positionCompensation per completed session (rate based on experience and productivity)Flexible schedulingEstablished referral base to support caseload growthKey Traits for SuccessReliable and consistent with schedulingStrong clinical judgment and professionalismDetail-oriented with documentationAble to follow structured workflows and expectationsComfortable managing a steady caseload ExpectationsTherapists are expected to maintain consistent availability and attendanceDocumentation must be completed in a timely and compliant mannerTherapists must follow clinic workflows and standards of careThis position is primarily seeking fully licensed clinicians.
