Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity working as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to make a real impact in the lives of K-12 students as you travel between locations, providing critical psychological assessments and support across an educational network near Woodbine, GA.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and active Psychologist credentials required Experience delivering comprehensive psychological services within a school setting Skilled in conducting re-evaluations and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs) Familiarity with K-12 student populations and diverse educational environments Strong interpersonal abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Flexible and adaptable approach to an itinerant (multi-site) service position
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform psychological re-evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Provide consultation and intervention strategies to teachers, administrators, and parents Support the development and implementation of behavior management plans Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and comply with state/federal guidelines Deliver onsite psychological services in accordance with best practices and district protocols Participate in eligibility meetings and case reviews to ensure student needs are met Travel between assigned schools within the district as part of the itinerant support model You'll find an engaging, meaningful environment supporting both students and fellow educators.
