Provide individual and group trement, using various modalities as clinically indiced to include brief problem-focused interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychoeducional classes. Conduct mental health diagnoses in accordance with the most recent version of the Diagnostic and Stistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Assess and provide intervention for individuals with a wide range of chronic medical conditions, and mental health issues affecting medical conditions to include assessment and disposition of beneficiaries with acute and chronic risk. Provide trement through targeted and efficient appointments for initial and follow-up s. Educe clinic staff on the principles of mental healthcare via trainings and briefings.
