This travel position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with school staff and families to promote students' academic, emotional, and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' learning needs and behavioral challenges. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and monitor student progress. Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive educational strategies. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives.Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification or license appropriate for the state of Iowa. Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Experience in administering and interpreting a variety of psychological and educational assessments. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families. Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple school locations.Location:
