Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support student development and well-being in educational settings across Coeur d'Alene, ID. This role involves travel between schools within the region, providing comprehensive psychological services that promote academic success and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and inform interventions Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed to support student mental health Analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust services accordingly Deliver training and guidance to school staff on mental health and behavioral strategies Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standardsQualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Strong assessment and diagnostic skills within school settings Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience managing diverse caseloads and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams Comfort with travel to multiple school locations within the areaLocation:
