Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role supporting K-8 students as an onsite/hybrid school psychologist for the upcoming school year. This opportunity involves collaborating with educators, families, and students in a vibrant and inclusive educational setting near Eagle, ID. The position offers a flexible commitment of approximately 6-8 hours per week, making it ideal for professionals seeking meaningful part-time engagement.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working in K-8 school environments preferred Expertise in assessment, intervention, and consultation services for children and adolescents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in both onsite and hybrid service delivery models Ability to manage time effectively and work independently within a school team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to support academic, behavioral, and emotional success Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families on intervention strategies Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed Participate in team meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards Provide support and resources for students across diverse backgrounds and needs
