  • Full-time Ascend Mental Health Center (Idaho Falls) provides psychiatric medication management and psychological/neuropsychological testing.
Our clinical team includes 8 psychiatric prescribers, 5 residents, and an testing department comprised of 2 Doctoral-level Psychologists and a Master's-level Psychologist.
The Role:
We are seeking a Master's-level Psychologist who specializes in psychological and psychoeducational assessment. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in the data-driven world of testing and diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Assessment:
Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for pediatric and adult populations.
Testing Supervision:
Provide clinical oversight for testing assistants to ensure standardized administration protocols.
Data Interpretation:
Analyze results from standardized psychological and educational instruments to identify diagnostic profiles.
Reporting:
Provide evaluation reports and tailored treatment recommendations.
Collaborative Feedback:
Lead feedback sessions for patients, families, and referring providers. Coordination and supervision meetings regularly with the Ascend Psychologist and Medical Director.
Interdisciplinary Coordination:
Consult with our in-house psychiatric team to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness.
Required Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or School Psychology from an accredited institution. Clinical Expertise (Required): Demonstrated experience in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WJ-IV).
Pay:
$35.00
