Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Current and valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Prior experience in K-12 educational settings (preferred) In-depth knowledge of assessment tools, special education laws, and intervention strategies Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with diverse student populations, including those with learning, emotional, and behavioral disabilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teaming with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify students' needs Develop and help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop support plans and promote student well-being Offer guidance to educators and families on effective classroom management and behavioral strategies Maintain detailed, confidential student records and participate in ongoing professional development
