Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise and passion for supporting young learners to a school-based psychologist opportunity serving PreK through 4th grade students. This full-time contract position spans the entire school year, allowing you to make a meaningful impact from day one through year's end. As a valued team member, your contributions will be essential to student success.
What We're Looking For:
Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement Experience in early childhood evaluations and re-evaluations Skill in conducting threat assessments and mental health assessments Prefer candidates with a background in Early Intervention Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and outside agencies Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive environment
Key Responsibilities:
Administer comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs Provide recommendations for strategies and interventions that help students thrive Develop and monitor plans to support social-emotional and behavioral success Participate in school-wide initiatives aimed at promoting safe and healthy learning environments Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute professional insight Support PreK-4th grade students, ensuring their well-being and school engagement
