Job Description
SIHF is one of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) in the country with over 30 health centers across 12 Illinois counties serving over 150,000 patients. Our 160 providers deliver services in the areas of family/internal medicine; women's health; pediatrics; dental services for children and behavioral health. Our Granite City location provides all the service lines mentioned above as well as ICARE Kids, which provides counseling services for children ages 5 to 18 who deal with moderate behavioral and coping issues.
