Make an impact supporting K-8 students as a contract School Psychologist, providing essential counseling and assessment services throughout the academic week. This opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional with a passion for helping young learners thrive in an educational setting. What you'll bring: Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychology endorsement Proven experience as a School Psychologist in a school environment preferred Strong background in conducting assessments, delivering counseling, and collaborating with educational teams Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to supporting a diverse student population What you'll do: Deliver individual and group counseling to K-8 students to support their emotional, social, and academic development Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings to families and staff Participate on multidisciplinary teams to guide the development of educational programs and interventions Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments and effective interventions You'll work approximately 37.5 hours each week, across five days, engaging with students and contributing positively to the school community.
