Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract School Psychologist - High School Position Overview Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Maple Park, Illinois area for the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position offers the opportunity to support high school students in a collaborative and student-focused environment. The selected professional will work closely with educators, administrators, and families to help students achieve academic, social, and emotional success throughout the school year. This contract position runs from August 10, 2026, through May 14, 2027. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The caseload consists of approximately 30 high school students. This is an onsite role, and candidates must be available to work in person for the duration of the assignment. Responsibilities The School Psychologist will conduct evaluations, assessments, and observations to support student eligibility and educational planning. Additional duties include participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, developing recommendations, and collaborating with staff and families to address student needs. The professional will help support positive learning outcomes while maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines. Requirements Candidates must hold an active Illinois School Psychologist license and be eligible to work within a school setting in the state. Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is preferred, but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position. Compensation and Benefits Hourly compensation is expected to range from $50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
