Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in grades 6-8 as a School Psychologist in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, making it an adaptable choice for professionals seeking work-life balance. You will focus exclusively on evaluations, participating in meetings, and writing informative reports. With no extra duties outside this scope, your expertise and time are fully dedicated to the core aspects of school psychology. All services are provided within one building, minimizing your transitions throughout the day. While onsite presence is preferred, hybrid arrangements will be considered for qualified candidates, providing additional schedule flexibility.
Ideal Experience & Qualifications:
Current licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist in Illinois Proven experience conducting student evaluations and writing detailed, actionable reports Familiarity with middle school populations (grades 6-8) is highly preferred Proficiency participating in multidisciplinary team meetings Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards Ability to adapt to a flexible, dynamic work schedule Willingness to work onsite and consider hybrid/onsite combinations
