Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make an impact as a school psychologist supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth in a welcoming school environment near Plainfield, IL. Key Qualifications:
Master's or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Experience conducting special education evaluations Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Strong background in data analysis and progress monitoring Ability to work collaboratively within educational teams Compassion, flexibility, and excellent communication skills
Role Highlights:
Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations, including cognitive, social-emotional, and academic assessments Participate actively in MTSS meetings to support early intervention and problem-solving for students in need Analyze and interpret data related to student learning and behavioral progress to inform intervention planning Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop effective support strategies Maintain accurate, timely documentation and provide insights for Individualized Education Plan (IEP) teams Contribute to a positive school climate that fosters student well-being
Schedule:
