Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a real impact supporting students in a district-wide contract role serving K-12 students as a School Psychologist. This opportunity spans the full 2026-2027 academic year, beginning August 3, 2026, and concluding June 7, 2027. Work 35 hours per week onsite, with two available daily schedules to best fit your preference: 8:50 am-3:30 pm or 7:30 am-2:20 pm. Your exact caseload size will be determined based on evolving needs across multiple schools within the district.
Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Previous experience providing psychological services in a K-12 educational environment preferred Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Adaptability for handling varying caseloads and participating in multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually or in groups Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians to develop effective support plans Contribute to IEP meetings and offer recommendations tailored to each student's needs Monitor progress and document interventions and outcomes clearly Help promote positive mental health and behavior throughout the school community This is a fully onsite role, ensuring you have the opportunity to engage directly with students and staff.
