Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract This position offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services to K-12 students within a supportive school environment. The role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to assess, support, and enhance student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in crisis intervention when necessary Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and school policies
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavior intervention Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to manage caseload flexibly depending on student needs
Location and Schedule:
Position located in Daleville, IN Contract position beginning August 3, 2026, through June 7, 2027 35 hours per week with two scheduling options: 8:50 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 2:20 PM This role is an excellent opportunity for dedicated school psychologists seeking a dynamic educational environment with a manageable caseload based on student needs.
