Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position is for a School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services in educational settings within the Evansville, IN area. This opportunity involves travel between multiple school locations, allowing for a dynamic work environment and diverse experiences with student populations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning needs and behavioral challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Provide counseling and interventions to support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Utilize data to inform decision-making and monitor student progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives promoting positive mental health.
Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and providing direct counseling services in a school setting. Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness and ability to travel between school sites as needed.

This role is based in Evansville, Indiana, with travel to various school locations within the region.
