Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to provide vital support to students in educational settings. This position involves travel to various schools within the Evansville, IN area, offering a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful impact on children's academic and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychological assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend strategies. Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting assessments and delivering interventions in school settings. Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to travel between schools in the Evansville, IN region.
