Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a real impact as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students in an engaging and collaborative educational setting. As a vital resource for students and faculty, you'll provide expertise in academic assessment, behavioral intervention, and mental health support, fostering positive outcomes for children and adolescents.
Key Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills Ability to work well as part of multi-disciplinary teams Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students, interpreting results and recommending interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement academic and behavioral support plans Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services to students as needed Contribute to the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines Promote safe and supportive school climates through staff development and student programming
