Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Hold or be eligible for valid School Psychologist licensure in Indiana Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or Educational Psychology Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with IEPs, special education regulations, and multi-tiered support frameworksKey Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students in grades K-12 Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement interventions Support the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral support when needed Facilitate classroom observations and consult on student support plans Participate inRTI/MTSS
