Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Discover a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact as a School Psychologist through a full-time contract role for the 2026-2027 academic year. This unique hybrid position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and professional engagement—work remotely for two days each week and collaborate onsite for three days, ensuring you enjoy both convenience and direct connection with students and staff. As a valued member of the educational team, you'll work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to foster supportive and inclusive learning environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students overcome educational and social-emotional challenges along their academic journeys.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification or licensure in School Psychology Strong knowledge of school-based psychological assessment tools and best practices Experience in providing individual and group counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention in a school setting Proficient communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions Provide direct counseling services to students, addressing academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns Collaborate in data-driven decision-making, supporting interventions and school-wide programs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend strategies This contract position provides the chance to make a real difference while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through its hybrid structure.
