Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role dedicated to supporting students' well-being and academic success for the current school year. As a School Psychologist, you'll play a vital part in guiding children, collaborating with educators, and ensuring a positive educational experience. In this contract position, you'll utilize your expertise in psychological assessment and intervention to foster a nurturing environment and help students reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred Proficiency with psychological evaluations, counseling, and data-driven decision making Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Knowledge of current educational laws, IEPs, and best practices in child development
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students Develop, implement, and monitor interventions aligned with student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning strategies Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student accommodations and goals Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of services provided
