Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract School Psychologist - Elementary through High School About the Position Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in a central Kansas school district region for the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position offers the opportunity to support students across multiple grade levels while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The selected professional will play an important role in promoting student success through evaluation, consultation, and intervention services. This contract assignment provides a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week and serves a diverse K-12 student population. The position may involve supporting more than one nearby district within the region, offering a varied and rewarding professional experience. The School Psychologist will provide services primarily within a central Kansas community and may also support neighboring districts located within a short commuting distance. This is a full-time onsite position running from August 20, 2026, through May 20, 2027. The caseload includes students from kindergarten through twelfth grade with a variety of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Compensation is competitive and ranges from $50 to $60 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and school-based background. One position is available for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities The School Psychologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, interpret assessment results, and prepare written reports that support educational decision-making. The role includes participating in eligibility meetings, collaborating with special education teams, and providing consultation regarding student learning and behavioral needs. Additional responsibilities include supporting intervention planning, assisting with progress monitoring, and partnering with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies for student success. The selected candidate will contribute to a positive educational environment while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. Requirements Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain appropriate Kansas credentials required to practice as a School Psychologist within educational settings. Previous experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and working with school-age students is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with students across multiple grade levels and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.
