Pay package includes labor only; qualified expenses are billed separately. What You'll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments using record reviews and clinical interviews. Provide mental health treatment by developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team (including psychiatry and other clinical staff) to ensure integrated care and follow-through. Perform regular rounds in segregation or other confined housing areas to evaluate adjustment and mental health treatment needs. Deliver counseling and crisis-focused interventions , including confrontation avoidance support when needed. Conduct clinical consultation with relevant stakeholders (e.g., psychiatry, nursing/medical, education, chaplaincy, and security) to understand and address behavior escalation and changes in mental health status.
