Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract School Psychologist - Middle School About the Position Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position will support middle school students in a collaborative and student-focused educational environment. The selected professional will play a key role in promoting academic achievement, social-emotional growth, and positive behavioral outcomes for students. This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2026-2027 academic year. The assignment is scheduled to begin on August 6, 2026, and continue through May 20, 2027. The School Psychologist will serve a middle school population consisting of approximately 500 students in grades 6 through 8. Compensation is anticipated to range from $45 to $65 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position. Responsibilities The School Psychologist will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, interpret assessment data, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to develop effective interventions and support plans. The selected candidate will help identify barriers to learning and provide recommendations that support student success across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains. Requirements Applicants must hold or be eligible for School Psychologist licensure or certification in the state of employment. Prior experience working with middle school students is preferred, though candidates with diverse K-12 experience are encouraged to apply. Strong assessment, communication, consultation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
