Diagnostician | Harvey, Louisiana

Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. An opportunity is available for a licensed Educational Diagnostician to join a full-time, onsite position in the Harvey, LA area. This contract-to-hire role in an educational setting offers a dynamic caseload and the chance to contribute meaningful assessments that support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations and assessments for students Interpret assessment results to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to recommend appropriate interventions Maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence to district and state guidelines Provide consultation and support to school personnel regarding student learning and behavioral needs

Qualifications:

Valid Louisiana Educational Diagnostician License required Experience in educational assessment and working with diverse student populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills essential Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
