Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies Providing counseling and crisis intervention support as needed Monitoring student progress and adjusting supports accordingly Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives focused on improving student outcomes Qualifications and desired experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Certification as a School Psychologist Experience in conducting assessments and working with K-12 students in educational settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently
