Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting elementary students through impactful psychological evaluations at a local school. This contract role focuses on conducting 10-13 evaluations, including both initial assessments and follow-ups, and is available for an immediate start through June 25, 2026. The role is primarily onsite, but virtual arrangements are considered for the right candidate, providing flexibility to accommodate your preferences and circumstances.
Desired Qualifications:
Active licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Massachusetts Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings, ideally with elementary-age children Proficiency with a wide range of assessments, including both initial and supplemental evaluations Solid understanding of special education processes and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain thorough documentation and meet compliance standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to supporting students, families, and colleagues Completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for elementary students, both initial and additional evaluations, as assigned Analyze and interpret data to contribute to eligibility determinations, IEP development, and recommendations for student support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student well-being and learning outcomes Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as local school policies Participate in pertinent meetings and discussions to share evaluation findings and tailored strategies Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all assigned cases If you are ready to contribute your expertise as a School Psychologist and make a positive difference in students' educational journeys, we invite you to apply today.
