Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting students and educators throughout the full upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a significant impact by providing psychological services and expertise within a collaborative school environment near Harwich, MA.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Valid and current School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills Proven experience developing individualized education and intervention plans Ability to work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students, interpreting results to inform instruction and interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students in need Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives and support social-emotional learning efforts across grade levels Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to encourage academic and personal growth Deliver crisis intervention and collaborate on strategies supporting inclusive school environments
