Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract School Psychologist - Next School Year Position Overview Soliant Education is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full-time, onsite opportunity in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area for the 2026-2027 school year. This education industry position offers the chance to support students through evaluations, assessments, and collaboration with educational teams. The district is seeking a dedicated professional who can provide high-quality psychological services while helping students achieve their academic and personal goals. This full-time contract assignment is scheduled to begin on August 17, 2026, and continue through mid-November as coverage for a maternity leave. There is potential for the position to be extended through the remainder of the school year if the district psychologist does not return. The selected candidate will work onsite and become an important member of the student services team throughout the assignment. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include conducting psychoeducational evaluations, completing assessments, interpreting results, and preparing comprehensive reports. The School Psychologist will participate in eligibility meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop appropriate recommendations and supports for students. Additional duties may include providing counseling services based on district needs and student requirements. Requirements Candidates must hold an active School Psychologist license that meets Pennsylvania state and district requirements. Prior experience conducting evaluations and assessments in a school-based setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, effective written communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams are essential for success in this role. Compensation and Benefits This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
