Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a specialized contract opportunity supporting a school community this fall as a School Psychologist. Located near Holyoke, MA, this very part-time position is ideal for a professional looking to supplement their current caseload with a few hours per month. The need arises due to the retirement of the district's school psychologist, creating a meaningful and manageable opening focused on high-impact responsibilities without the demands of a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive 3-year evaluations for student support. Provide clinical supervision and guidance for school counselors as needed. Deliver services through on-site or VOCO-eligible virtual/teletherapy formats, offering flexibility to suit your practice style.Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed or credentialed as a School Psychologist. Prior experience with evaluations and clinical supervision in educational settings. Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is strongly encouraged. Comfortable and interested in working very limited, part-time hours focused exclusively on evaluation and supervision work. Ideal for professionals seeking additional income or flexibility, rather than a full caseload.Additional Details:
Start date aligns with the Fall/New School Year. No need for coverage during summer or extended school year periods. Interview availability is limited; scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate district leadership.
