Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to each student's needs. Supervise and train staff on implementing ABA strategies. Analyze data to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed . Collaborate with families and staff to reinforce progress across settings. Ensure interventions align with ethical and clinical best practices .What You Bring:
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field. BCBA certification or must be in the process of obtaining certification.
