At Launch, we are a women owned, warm and supportive practice that encourages our clinicians to focus on professional development as they build specialized clinical skills to make their work more fulfilling. Our model is ideal for earlier career clinicians who value supervision, and a flexible and collegial work environment. We would also be ideal for clinicians ready to make the leap from a hospital or clinic to a more flexible work environment. We minimize administrative tasks so that all clinicians can focus on the rewards of clinical work. Our focus at Launch is on the use of evidenced-based treatment approaches for children, adolescents and adults. Our skills-based approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, self-compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We specialize in treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, chronic health issues, binge eating disorders and sports psychology. We are seeking Masters and Doctoral level clinicians whose clinical interests align or compliment ours and who are driven to make a difference in their community and gain expertise in the field. We are committed to helping our clinicians develop personally and professionally. Graduate schools only take clinicians so far...we aim to help the right providers launch!
