School Psychologist - Leonardtown, Maryland

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. A contract opportunity is available for dynamic School Psychologists to provide valuable in-person services within the Department of Student Services for the upcoming academic year. In this role, you will assess and address the psychological needs of students while working closely with educators and families. The school district is seeking dedicated professionals ready to contribute to student well-being starting August 10th, 2026, through June 17th, 2027, on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and valid Maryland School Psychology License Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred Thorough knowledge of assessment tools, consultation techniques, and intervention strategies Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Exceptional communication and organizational abilities Commitment to supporting all students' academic, social, and emotional growth

Key Responsibilities:
