About Us:
At Family Growth Psychology, were here to support families and kids through the tough stuff. Life can bring challenges, and sometimes having a space to talk, process, and grow makes all the difference. We take the time to get to know each person and family for who they are, without judgment. Our approach is about creating a safe, comfortable space where kids and parents feel supported, understood, and encouraged as they work through whats going on. Healing and growth look different for everyone, and were here to help guide that processone step at a time.Your Role:
Provide compassionate, individualized therapy to support the mental and emotional well-being of children ages 12 and under.Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
Utilize play-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of mental health concerns.
Collaborate with clients and/or their parents to develop personalized treatment plans and achieve their therapeutic goals.
Empower clients to develop coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and improve their overall quality of life.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
